Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after this timeframe may not be possible as your order may already be in processing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

- photos of the item,
- and a description of the issue.
We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return or cancellation request has been approved.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
